Joe Ieradi Introduces Green Building Material in Toronto

Joe ieradi will soon unveil a new line of green building technology for Toronto. Green Building means using natural materials to construct buildings that would otherwise be built with conventional materials such as lumber, concrete, and metals. Green building is sustainable building; using materials already provided.

A green building, or sustainable building is the result of a design philosophy focusing on the increased efficiency of resources used - the energy, water, and building materials - and reducing the impact on human health and the environment during the life-cycle of the building, through more efficient site selection, design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Although green building can be interpreted many different ways, the common opinion is that green buildings be designed and operated to reduce the overall impact of the built structure's environment on human health and the local natural habitat and environment.

Stay tuned for more updates as Joe Ieradi implements has green building strategies for Toronto.
